Tadaflo 5mg tablet contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. It is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms. Erectile dysfunction is an inability to keep an erection firm enough for sexual activity. BPH is a condition characterized by men's prostate gland enlargement. This medication is not used in women and individuals under 18. This medication can enhance sexual performance and improve overall sexual satisfaction. By facilitating the ability to achieve and maintain an erection, it can increase confidence and reduce anxiety related to sexual activity.
Tadaflo 10mg tablet should not be taken if you currently use any form of nitrate-related medication ( used for angina or heart conditions). This medication is unsuitable for individuals with certain cardiovascular conditions, including recent heart attacks, unstable angina, severe heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or stroke within the past six months. Do not drink alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet. Talk to your physician if you are intolerant to sugars, as this medicine contains lactose. You need to inform your physician about any serious heart disorders, low or high blood pressure, vision problems, sickle cell anemia, liver disorders, kidney disorders, or a recent heart attack if you have.
How to useFollow the instructions provided by your doctor. Consult your doctor before taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet if you are taking any other medications, including medicines that you can imagine taking care of; use the medicine exactly as instructed by your doctor. Your doctor will probably start you on a lower dose and gradually increase your dose. Follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Do not consume more than the recommended dose in a 24-hour period. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not take a double dose to make up for the amount missed. Taking an overdose of Tadaflo 10mg tablet may cause more serious side effects, including vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, weight loss, reduced sex drive, drowsiness, anxiety, and even severe allergic reactions. Do not take more than the prescribed dose in a 24-hour period. Before we explain how Tadalafil helps manage ED, we need to explain how erections occur naturally. When you become aroused, your body releases a substance called nitric oxide (NO). In turn, levels of a chemical known as cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) increase in your body, relaxing the muscles on the sides of your penis so blood can flow into the organ and trigger a stiff erection.
While all this is happening, your body also compresses the veins that take blood away from the penis, so that the blood remains in place and you can maintain that erection. Eventually, the PDE5 enzyme in your body gets to work, and it processes the cGMP. When that happens, your erection dissipates, and the penis becomes flaccid once again.
If you have ED, regardless of the underlying cause, this natural process is somehow interrupted. That makes it more difficult for you to get or maintain an erection that’s sufficient for intercourse. And that’s where Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, can help. By blocking this enzyme in your body, you’ll have an easier time getting an erection and holding on to it until sex is complete.
As a PDE5 inhibitor, Tadalafil blocks the phosphodiesterase (PDE) enzyme, which is responsible for breaking down the cGMP. cGMP is responsible for relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, which allow enough blood to make up the penis. When that happens, a series of events leads to the cGMP being activated. When that happens, the nitric oxide in your penis gets to the site of Tadalafil’s involvement. That’s where we can help.

There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-

• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)
